Six Day Package Tour of the Potaro River and Kaieteur Falls

Three Day Short Trip to Kaieteur Falls

A 3 day trip to the magnificent Kaieteur Falls, the world’s largest single-drop waterfall, nearly five times as high as Niagara Falls. 

  • Day 1: Fly from Georgetown to Kaieteur Falls where we will spend the day, sleeping at the Kaieteur guesthouse. 
  • Day 2: Boat trip to Chenapau Amerindian village we spend the day cooking and eating wild meat from Guyana jungle such as labba poweast witch is bush tourkey and much more we will all so interact with the villagers and get a drink off various Ameridian vine such as paiwarie and eat the cassava bread and tuma pot, etc. Stay at ???
  • Day 3: Visits to the diamond mines in the Chenapau area. Stay at ??? 
  • Day 4: Catch the plane back to Georgetown.

Explore Southern Rupununi Region

A 3 day trip to Lethem, located on the Takutu River; a town that serves as a gateway to the Rupununi region of Guyana known for its diverse wildlife and savannah landscapes .

  • Day 1: Travel by pickup truck to the Yupukari preservation site where we visit the canopy (Iwokrama Canopy Walkway??) and get to see many of Guyana endangered species of wildlife including the arapaima fish, the largest sweet water fish in Guyana weighing over 200 kg. We end the day with a visit to Annai Amerindian village and sleep at the local guesthouse (Rock View Lodge?)
  • Day 2: Travel to the Rupununi River (by boat? and do what?). (Stay where?)
  • Day 3: Drive to Lethem where we spend the day visiting various places such as Kumu Falls, ??? ,??? including Bonfim in Brazil (across the Takuta River Bridge which separates Guyana from Brazil). 
  • Day 4: Catch the plane from Lethem back to Georgetown.
